Express Post is not overnight service and may take a few days I
post my items in brand new envelopes, boxes and tubes including
packaging materials, to ensure that your items are well protected. Postage Questions and Answers When shopping and purchasing more than 1 product, please request a postage quote before completing check out by telling me the item/s that you are interested in ordering, your Australian postcode or overseas destination. Can I combine postage for more than one item to save costs? This will be done where possible, but may not available for all products. Paper products may be able to be sent together, as well as smaller items such as key rings and magnets. PLEASE ASK Postage

This particularly applies to items that are purchased together that cannot be sent in the one parcel (for example: a personalized mug and a paper item inside a frame) Framed products are sent in specialized boxes individually. The

packaging and can include registered post and insurance for both parcel

What can I do if I do not get my parcel/s? Contact me for the tracking number for your parcel/s so you can easily find out where your you parcel is. Sometimes the post office cannot officially guarantee the time frame for delivery so please allow extra 3-5 days for your goods. In most cases the goods will arrive as scheduled. For Australian Customers, please allow 3 - 10 working days for your parcel to arrive. For International Customers, please allow 10 - 21 working days for your parcel to arrive. (using Air Mail) |
