Billie Mini Tartan skirts for ladies and women of all ages. These lovely skirts are made with 10oz Reiver lightweight tartan fabric with a contrasting waist band cut on the bias using the same matching fabric.  There are two (2) leather adjustment straps on one side of the garment.
