Tartan skirts for ladies and women of all ages. These lovely skirts are made with 10oz Reiver lightweight tartan fabric with a contrasting waist band cut on the bias using the same matching fabric.  There are two (2) leather adjustment straps on one side of the garment and one (1) on the inside.  The skirt has a flat apron at the front while the back is pleated.
