This Uffington White Horse Themed Brooch is expertly crafted with beautiful Stylish Pewter. The White Horse at Uffington is a highly stylised, prehistoric hill figure, 110m long, cut into the turf to reveal the under-lying white chalk. It is the oldest chal-cut hill figure in Britain, dating back over 3,000 years to the Bronze Age and is though to be of tribal significance. This brooch is very detailed making up the design.
This brooch measures approximately 44.00mm (1.73 inches) x 17.00mm (0.66 inches). Secures to garment by way of pin with locking, safety catch. Supplied in a satin and velvet gift box.
